Welcome to Barkside Brews (“Barkside,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online services, indoor and outdoor off-leash dog park areas, beverage service, and all related offerings. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or facility.

 

1. Eligibility

To use certain Barkside Brews services, specific age requirements apply:

• Dog Registration & Waivers:
  You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, register a dog, complete waivers, and assume responsibility for any dog you bring into the facility.

• Alcohol Purchases:
  You must be at least 21 years old and present valid identification to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on-site.

• General Facility Access:
  There is no minimum age to be inside the facility. Minors are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times for safety reasons.

We reserve the right to deny access or service for any behavior that violates these Terms or compromises safety.

2. Dog Requirements

To protect the health and safety of all guests:

• All dogs must have current vaccinations required by Barkside Brews - Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella.

• Proof of vaccination must be uploaded to your account profile or presented upon request.

• Dogs must be in good health and free of contagious illnesses, parasites, or conditions that may pose a risk.

• Dogs must be non-aggressive toward humans and other dogs.

• Dogs over 6 months must be spayed/neutered unless otherwise approved.

All dogs will receive an initial behavioral evaluation and we may deny access to any dog based on behavior or health concerns.

 

3. Waivers

All guests must complete our digital liability waiver prior to entering the dog park.
This waiver releases Barkside Brews from liability for:

• Dog interactions

• Injuries to pets or owners

• Property damage

• Risks inherent to off-leash dog environments

Guests who refuse or cannot complete the waiver will not be allowed to use the park.

4. Memberships & Pricing

Barkside Brews offers four membership options: The Casual Pup, The Social Pup, The Unlimited Pup, and The Very Important Pup (VIP).

​

The Casual Pup includes 6 visits per month for $49/month.

The Social Pup includes 10 visits per month for $75/month.

The Unlimited Pup includes unlimited visits for $95/month.

The Very Important Pup (VIP) includes unlimited visits plus a $5 monthly drink credit, 1 complimentary self-wash per month, and 2 guest passes per month for $125/month.

All memberships require a one-time $49 registration fee. Members may add an additional dog for $22/month.

 

The Unlimited Pup and Very Important Pup are available with monthly, 6-month, and 12-month commitment options. Six-month and 12-month commitments include additional promotional perks as described on our Services page.

Memberships are billed monthly. Monthly memberships may be cancelled with 7-day notice before the next billing cycle. Six-month and 12-month commitments are subject to their respective commitment periods and early cancellation terms described in our Cancellation Policy.

 

5. Day Passes

Day Passes provide access for one dog to Barkside's indoor and outdoor off-leash play areas for one day. Day passes are valid for the date of purchase and are non-transferable. A completed waiver and current vaccinations are required.

6. Private Play

Private Play provides access to a designated private play area for dogs who may benefit from individual play space. The area is available on a first-come, first-served basis in 30-minute increments and may be used by members and non-members.

 

Private Play does not constitute exclusive use of the entire Barkside Brews facility. Availability is not guaranteed, and the private play area may be unavailable due to maintenance, private events, or other operational needs. Barkside Brews reserves the right to limit or suspend use of the area when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

 

Private Play fees are based on membership status and selected duration. Current pricing is posted on our Services page.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details.

By submitting payment information, you authorize these providers to process transactions on your behalf.

8. Account Management

We use third-party software to manage:

• Customer profiles

• Dog records

• Vaccination documents

• Waivers

• Membership billing

• Reservations (if applicable)

You agree to maintain accurate information in your membership account and keep your login secure.

 

9. Facility Rules

To ensure safety and comfort for all guests, you agree to follow all posted rules and any instructions from Barkside staff (“Bark Rangers”). These rules include, but are not limited to:

• No outside alcohol

• Guests who bring dogs must remain on-site and actively supervise their dogs at all times

• No harsh training, intimidation, or physical punishment

• Dogs showing signs of aggression or illness will be asked to leave

• Children must be supervised and may not run, climb equipment, or disturb dogs

• Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately

Failure to follow rules may result in removal without refund.

 

10. Assumption of Risk

Dog play involves inherent risks. By entering our facility or allowing your dog to participate, you acknowledge these risks, including but not limited to:

• Dog bites or scratches

• Rough or unpredictable play

• Transmission of illnesses

• Damage to personal property

• Accidents or slips in wet or active areas

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in off-leash dog activities.

 

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Violate facility rules

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to access another user’s account

• Disrupt the operation of our website or facility

• Post false vaccination or identity information

• Touching, petting, grabbing, redirecting, feeding, or physically handling any dog that is not your own without the explicit permission of that dog’s owner is strictly prohibited.

• Guests may not intervene in dog play unless instructed by staff or necessary for immediate safety.

Such behavior may result in bans or legal action.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All Barkside Brews branding, logos, images, and materials are the property of Barkside Brews and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

 

13. Website Content & Availability

We strive to keep our website accurate and accessible, but we do not guarantee:

• Error-free content

• Uninterrupted availability

• Compatibility with all devices

We may update content at any time without notice.

 

14. Third-Party Links

We may include links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites.

 

15. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Barkside Brews disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Barkside Brews is not liable for:

• Injuries to dogs or humans

• Lost or damaged property

• Financial losses arising from membership cancellation, denial of service, or facility closures

• Actions of other guests or their pets

Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; your rights may vary.

 

17. Indemnification

You understand and agree that Barkside Brews cannot control the behavior of other guests or their dogs. You acknowledge that injuries, bites, scratches, or other harm may occur as a result of interactions with dogs that are not your own. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Barkside Brews from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of or related to the actions, behavior, or condition of other guests’ dogs. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Barkside Brews, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the facility

• Your dog’s behavior

• Violations of these Terms

• Misuse of your account

 

18. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, complimentary items, and other special offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions and may change, be modified, or end at any time. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
